Suggest a better descriptionSoak wooden toothpicks in water for at least 15 minutes to avoid burning.
Cut jalapenos in half and remove stem(best to wear gloves)
Cut an apricot so it is a little smaller than jalapeno cavity
Place apricot on jalapeno and wrap in bacon, Secure with a toothpick
Place on hot grill until bacon is very crispy, turning as necessary (this will generate a LOT of smoke!)
Can be baked in a 400 degree oven until crisp.
