Important Notes
Health Benefits,
Orange peels are rich in fiber, vitamins, and disease-fighting polyphenols. They also contain limonene, a chemical that may protect against skin cancer.
In fact, just 1 tablespoon (6 grams) of orange peel provides 14% of the Daily Value (DV) of vitamin C — nearly 3 times more than the inner fruit. The same serving also packs about 4 times more fiber (1, 2).
Studies show that diets high in vitamin C and fiber benefit heart and digestive health and may protect against certain types of cancer (3, 4, 5, 6).
Orange peel also contains good amounts of provitamin A, folate, riboflavin, thiamine, vitamin B6, and calcium (1).

Economic Note,
Of course, Health benefits come first. we made a Cost analysis and found out that if we buy 3KGs of oranges and keep the peels instead of sending them to the trash, then we apply this recipe we will get a very Scrumptious, healthy jam. At the same time, we eat the inner part of the oranges Free of cost. Besides, we should avoid buying ready jam which contains a lot of unwanted ingredients such as; Preserving,
coloring, and boosting flavor items.
You can save the daily peels in the refrigerator, well-ventilated for 5-6 Days without a problem.
Garnish,
It is highly recommended to garnish your serving plate of Jam with a collection of Edible Nuts either Whole or, chopped such as Almonds, Pine, chestnuts, Peanuts, and Pistachios. In this manner, you add a very inviting appetite, plus have a lot of Healthy ingredients
