Teryaki sauce that can by used for marinating beef or chicken or in stir frys
Combine soy sauce, water, sugar in saucepan and stir over heat until sugar is dissolved. Add Ginger, Garlic and sesame oil.
Brown chicken with california garlic salt, then add to sauce.
Then add corn starch to a cup of room temp. water and mix thoroughly. Once mixed pour slowly into sauce and heat to a slight boil. Add enough of the corn starch mixture until it reaches the desired thickness.
