Bake potatoes in oven at 350? for about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Test at 45 minutes by piercing with knife. Cool. Cut each potato in half. Scoop out flesh into large bowl leaving ? inch shell.
Brown diced bacon and ground pork in skillet. Remove to potato in bowl. Add remaining ingredients to potato mixture. Mix. Mound mixture into potato shells. Top each potato with cheese or papricka. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 350? for 20 minutes until heated thoroughly.
