Heat oven to 400.
Combine coating mix, coconut and seasonings in plate. Beat egg in separate plate.
Dip chicken into egg, then coating mixture, turning evenly to coat. Place in 15x10 baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 12-14 minutes.
