1) Kebab chicken has to b marinated and kept in freezer. OR stir fried some portions and ready to be used.
2) After Grilling them, shred them.OR we can just do minced chicken stir fried them, sprinkle on top of crispy tacos and grated cheese on top.. OVEN it for 5mins - high heat
3) Taco plating- plate the lettuce, red cabbage, little sour cream, shredded chicken, tomato salsa ( not too sour, and make sure its drained off properly- no liquid), cheese, coriander
4) French fries aside
plate has to be colorful and looks great with all color combination
