A delicious lasagna that takes some time, cause its made from scratch but tastes delicious!
*Prepare Mince*
- Peel and finely chop onion fry in coconut oil until soft. Add the ground beef and fry until golden. Add tomato paste and spices.
- Stir and add water. Bring to a boil, lower the heat, and let simmer for at least 15 minutes or until most of the water has evaporated.

- Add eggs, cream cheese and salt to a medium-sized bowl and mix into a smooth batter.
- Continue to whisk and add ground psyllium husk powder a little at a time.
- Let the mixture sit for a few minutes.
- Spread the batter on a baking tray lined with baking paper using a spatula and flatten out
- Bake for 10 - 12 minutes
- Let it cool and slice into sheets that fit the baking dish
*Baking Lasagna*
-Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius
- Mix shredded cheese and sour cream
- Mix in spices and salt and pepper
- Layer Mince sauce and sheets in baking dish
- Spread creme fraiche and and some grated cheese on top
- Bake in oven for about 30 minutes or until lasagna is browned on top
