A huge chocolate chip cookie pizza topped with chocolate frosting and chocolate & peanut butter candies. My daughter Victoria loves to make this with me. It is a very easy kid-friendly recipe, where the child can do a lot of the steps and get involved with you in the kitchen.
Preheat your oven to 350 deg F. In a small bowl, mix the flour, oats, baking soda, and salt and set aside.
In a medium size bowl or standing mixer bowl, beat the butter and brown sugar until creamy. Add the egg and vanilla and beat well.
Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and mix well. Add the chocolate chips and stir in.
Shape the dough into a ball and place on a lightly floured round baking stone. Press down or roll into an 11 inch circle. Bake for 14-16 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely.
Once cool, spread frosting over the top of your cookie pizza. Sprinkle your chocolate and peanut butter candies over the top. Slice with a pizza slicer and serve.
