Kielbasa cut into rounds makes this dish special and a whole new way to enjoy stir fry.
In a wok, head oil and fry off the kielbasa. Add broccoli, bell pepper, mushrooms, garlic, soy sauce and fish sauce. Stir over very high heat till all is cooked. Reduce heat to medium low, cover and simmer for a couple of minutes. Salt and pepper and serve immediately.
Substitute any other kind of mushroom for button type. Green pepper for yellow. Add sliced onions if you want.
