Kimberly's Chilli
In a soup pot, Sauté chopped onions with a table spoon of olive oil.
Add chopped peppers.
Add beef and cook until brown.
Add all the rest of ingredients and cook on medium heat.
Stir occasionally.
When the pot begins to bubble, lower heat and cook for about 1 hour.
Add salt and chili powder to taste during cooking.
Watch pot for sticking bottom.
