Meat lasagna. Farrah's recipe.
In a large pot brown your hamburger, add your onion. Once fully cooked, Mix in your pasta sauce, bring to a simmer. Turn off heat, cover and set a side.
In a large caserole dish (or a few smaller caserole dishes) add just enough water to fill the bottom of the pan (to cook the noodles). Now you simply layer your ingredients in the following order: noodles, meat sauce mixture, cottage cheese, mozzarella. Repeat the layers three times total, unless your caserole dish is not tall enough to accommodate three layers, in that case, repeat twice.
Cook in a pre-heated 400° oven for one hour, or until noodles are fully cooked and cheese is melted.
Don't be lazy! Add a generous amount to your layers, especially your last layer of mozzarella (the top of the lasagna)!
