Suggest a better descriptionMix spices and rub all over steak. If grilling, grilled until well seared on first side ( 4-6 min covered in gas grill) . Flip and grill 2-5 min more, expecting it to keep cooking . Watch that meat with spice rub darkens but does not burn. Transfer meat to cutting board, cover and let rest for 5-10 min. Slice thin on bias.
Can also be cooked under broiler..
