Preheat oven to 325F. Grease Bundt pan with butter and flour
Combine flour, baking power & salt in a bowl & set a side.
In a stand mixer with paddle beat butter & cream cheese on high until smooth. Add sugar & lemon zest until light & creamy.
Add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla. mix smooth.
Add dry ingredients & mix until just incorporated, Do not over mix.
Spread into pan and bake until golden brown. (1 to 1 1/2 hours)
Cool 15 minutes, then turn on to wire rack.
