Place the lemon juice, water, sugar, and crushed pineapple in a medium sauce pan and bring to boil over medium heat. Add the package of lemon jello. Place in bowl and chill until partially set. Fold in the nuts, cheese, celery, and cool whip. Place in bowl or baking dish and refrigerate until fully set.
