Mix together butter, flour, and pecans. Press into a 9X13" pan and bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix cream cheese and sugar, then fold in cool whip. Spread on crust. Mix pudding and mild until thick. Spread over cream cheese layer. Put a thin layer of cool whip on the top and sprinkle with nuts.
