Suggest a better description1. Make graham cracker pie crust
2. Heat oven to 400°
3. Mix sugar and cornstarch in 1 1/2 quart sauce pan
4. Stir in water gradually
5. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils. Boil and stir 1 minute
6. Stir at least half of the heart mixture into egg yolks gradually
7. Blend into hot mixture in saucepan. Boil and stir 1 minute
8. Remove from heat; stir in butter and lemon juice
9. Pour into pie shell
10. Spoon meringue onto hot pie filling, spread over filling
11. Bake until delicate brown, about 10 minutes. Cool, away from draft
