chicken and veggies, easy, great with soup crackers
1) Boil chicken breasts till done, then chop into bite size pieces or sautee with onions and garlic in oil till done
2) In large pot add all the ingredients (only the canned tomatillos are drained; all other canned veggies call for juices) and bring to boil, then simmer for one hour or place in crock pot to simmer.
3) Enjoy!
