Although this could be done with any steak, it is delicious if done with Doe steaks. Bucks are generally much tougher and gamey.
Begin by marinating the steak in the worcestershire sauce, a few dashes of black pepper and a small palm full of red pepper flakes for at least 2 hours (4-6 would be better).
heat the butter in a sauce pan, toss in the mushrooms and onions. Saute' until onions are to desired consistency. Remove the mushroom and onion and place the steak in the pan, with the heat at medium. Turn the steak after approx. 5 minutes (more or less depending on desired doneness) and let cook for another 5. Remove pan form heat and let steak sit for another 5 minutes.
