Homemade mayonnaise
Put the yolks, lemon juice, salt, and pepper into a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth and light. Then whisk the oil, a few drops at a time, into the mixture. After about 1/3 cup of oil has been whisked in, you can speed up the pouring a bit. Refrigerate for up to a week.
