Nice dish for cold weather. Nice meaty chili made with slow cooked beef. Any inexpensive steak will be flavorful in this slow cooked sauce.
Cut meat into small 1 inch squares. Brown meat with onion, green pepper and yellow peppers over medium heat. Remove excess grease.
Transfer meat mixture to a slow cooker, add remaining ingredients and stir.
Cover and slow cook at setting #3 for 7 to 8 hours. Reduce heat to low and serve.
