Over-night mediterranean marinade for chicken. Is an excellent meal to make for company when you don't have much time the day of.
- Freezes very well
1. Place chicken as a single layer in a casserole dish.
2. Combine all ingredients EXCEPT for the wine and parsley.
3. Cover casserole dish and place in the fridge overnight to marinate.
4. Set oven to bake at 350?C
5. Add the white wine to the casserole dish.
6. Bake chicken for 50 - 60 min uncovered.
7. Sprinkle the parsley over the dish before serving.
