Suggest a better descriptionPreheat grill to medium-high heat. Combine bell pepper, cheese, olives and basil. Cut a horizontal slit through thickest portion of each chicken breast to form a pocket. Season with salt and pepper. Stuff cheese mixture into each pocket. Grill 6 minutes on each side or until done. Remove from the grill. Cover with foil and let stand for 10 minutes.
