Suggest a better descriptionIn large pot melt cubed velveeta cheese and add cream of chicken, chicken broth, and deboned cut up chicken. Bring to a boil.
In a large baking pan, (you will need a deep one), layer the Doritos in the bottom but do not use all of it because you will need some to top the casserole with.
Next add your soup mixture and cover Doritos evenly. I like to mix it in really good then add the remaining Doritos and top with cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350(F) degrees.
You can ingredients to your liking such as olives or salsa and top with sour cream and guacamole. Also you can use just about any kind of chips for this. The possibilities and endless..and yummy!
