Microwave Cauliflower
Cut cauliflower into florets and place it into a Corning Ware casserole with a lid. Cover and cook on high 8-10 minutes or until cooked, stirring halfway through. Remove from microwave. Spray with Pam butter spray evenly. Sprinkle with bread crumbs, grated cheese, and salt. Return to microwave without lid and cook 1-2 minutes more until cheese is melted. Serve warm.
