This is one of those feel good comfort food recipes that taste great after a long - cold day. Enjoy!!!!
Place potatoes on bottom of crockpot. Pour 1 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup over them. Pinch of Salt & Pepper.
Place Pork Chops on top of Soup. Pour the other 2-3 cans of Cream of Mushroom Soup over the chops. (amount of soup will be based on how much Gravy you would like to have) Pinch of Salt, heavy on the Pepper. (salt & pepper to taste)
Place lid on pot. Cook until potatoes and chops are done. Approximately 8 hours.
You can also substitute Pork Steaks or Round Steaks vs the Pork Chops.
