By far the best chocolate chip cookies, and the only ones I make for special occasions. Enjoy!
In a large bowl cream the butter and both sugars together. Add the eggs (one at a time and mix well). Add the vanilla and stir to combine.
In another bowl mix together the flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, and soda. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix until just incorporated.
Add the chocolate chips, The grated chocolate bar and nuts, and mix until just combined. Roll into balls the size of golf balls and place two inches apart on a cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Makes 112 cookies.. Enjoy!!!
*Blended Oatmeal is made by measuring the oatmeal first and then blending in a food processor until it resembles a fine powder.
