"Moist and Flavorful, disappears fast"
Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time,
beating well after each addition. Sift dry ingredients together
and add to the creamed mixture. Add bananas and nuts, mix well.
Pour into two well greased loaf pans, and bake at 350 degrees
for 1 hour.
I love this recipe as it is moist and very flavorful. When I make it, I
use the walnuts and the sour cream. My family loves this one for
a quick breakfast or snack.
