Sprinkle rice evenly over a 9x13 baking dish. Then pour melted butter and milk evenly over rice.
Mix soups together, then spread over rice evenly.
Lay chicken pieces over rice, then sprinkle envelope of onion soup mix over top.
Cover with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 2-2.5 hours. DO NOT PEEK!! After 2.5 hours check to see if chicken is finished baking.
