Meanwhile, heat 2 Tbs oil in skillet; add mushrooms and cook until golden, about 12 min. Remove from heat and add parsley and 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper.
Stir together ricotta, mozzarella, garlic, and remaining 2 Tbs. olive oil, remaining salt and pepper. Spread over crust, leaving a 1 inch border. Arrange mushrooms on top. Bake until golden, about 12 min.
