Suggest a better description1) Cook the macaroni 2mins less than required for all-dente
2) Melt the butter in a small pan at low heat. Add flour at once, and stir well until a dough is formed. Pour slowly cold milk until the sauce is smooth.
Add nutmeg.
3) Add the cheese and stir until fully melt.
4) Pour the pasta into an oven dish, add the cheese sauce and mix.
5) Mix parmesan and beradcrumbs
5) pour the mix on top and put in 180C oven for 5-10mins
Next time:
- Put 500 gr pasta instead of 300
- add one spoon of mustard to the cheese sauce
