2) Dry roast Chestnut flour.
3) Add turmeric to flour when it is almost done and roast together for a few minutes.
4) Grind Almonds, Walnuts, and Macadamia nuts, along with Fennel seeds.
5) Add the chestnut flour and turmeric and grind together.
