1. put oats in food processor and cut to coarse texture
2. put into large bowl and add baking powder, mix well
3. Stir in milk
4. Add carrots, soaked raisins, walnuts, and apple.
5. add beaten eggs mixed with vanilla sugar
6. Mix into carrot oat mixture, pour into non stick Cake Tin 7 inch (18 cm)
Bake for approximately 45-50 minutes
