Suggest a better descriptionSe lavan las hojas, se hierven 20 minutos, se escurren y secan. Prepare el ma?z que ya lo ha hervido blando, cuello y muelalo. La gallina o puerco lo ha sazonado unos 30 minutos, lo pone a sofre?r con manteca o aceite y cuando esta doraditos le agrega la mitad de la cebolla, aj?, tomate, culantro, or?gano y pasta de tomate, lo deja cocinando con 3 o 4 tazas de agua para formar una salsa, despu?s se cuela, pone las presas aparte, la salsa con ha colado se le agrega a la masa y se revuelve bien hasta que quede toda mojada de salsa. Tome una hoja de bijao y coloque encima una de tallo, luego coloque una cucharada de masa en centro de las hojas, la aplasta un poquito, el agrega la presa, una aceituna, alcaparra, ciruela pasa pimiento morr?n y el refrito, lo cubre con otra cucharada de masa, envuelvalos con la hoja, los amarra y los pone a hervir 30 o 40 minutos.
