Heat oil on medium in large pot and cook garlic for 2-3 minutes.
Add red pepper and cook for 30 seconds.
Add mushrooms and turn to high. Cook for 10 minutes, until water removed but still moist. Season with salt and pepper.
Add wine and reduce to a glaze. Cover and set aside.
Make pasta and boil.
Add cream to mushroom mixture and boil on medium high. Keep warm and toss with pasta.
