400g file de somon
ulei de masline
50g unt
o ceapa alba mica, taiata marunt
3-4 catei usturoi trecuti prin presa
150ml vin alb
500ml smantana pentru gatit Meggle
50g mix salata (rucola, spanac)
400g paste proaspete
sare si piper
parmesan proaspat razuit pentru servire

MOD DE PREPARARE PASTE CU SOS ALB SI SOMON:
Indepartam pielea fileului de somon. Taiem in cubulete de 3x3cm. Condimentam pe ambele parti cu sare si piper.
Intr-o cratita incapatoare, incingem putin ulei de masline. Prajim pestele pe ambele parti, 2-3 minute sau pana e frumos rumenit. Dam somonul deoparte.
In aceeasi cratita topim untul si o lignura ulei de masline. Calim ceapa si usturoiul pana ceapa devine translucida. Stingem cu vin. Lasam sa fiarba la foc mic, 4-5 minute.
Adaugam smantana Meggle, amestecam. Condimentam dupa gust cu sare si piper.
Adaugam verdeturile, lasam sa fiarba la foc mix, 4-5 minute.
Intre timp, fierbem pastele, urmand instructiunile de pe ambalaj. Scurgem pastele, fara a le trece pe sub jet de apa rece. Le punem direct peste sos.
Servim fierbinti, alaturi de somon si parmesan. Sa va fie de cel mai bine!
