in large mixing bowl, mix together the lemon zest and sugar. Then add the olive oil, vanilla extract, 2 eggs, yogurt and lemon juice. Mix well. In another bowl mix together the flour, salt and baking powder. Blend well and then add the flour mixture to the liquid ingredients. Fold in 1 c blueberries. pour into loaf pan and bake 350 for 1 hour. When cooled, pour glaze over top (1/2 c powdered sugar, 3 tsp lemon juice). Can add extra blueberries on top if desired.
