Melt butter in non stick pan, turn to medium low heat. Coat cut surface of peach with light layer of brown sugar, add cinnamon and a sprinkle of salt. Cook face down for about 15 minutes covered (tent with aluminum foil), until softened but not mushy. Allow to cool.
Cut each peach in half crossways, then slice into thin wedges. Chiffonade basil right before final assembly.
To assemble:
Pipe about a tablespoon of softened cream cheese onto plate. Chill in refrigerator or briefly in freezer. Take out plate when fully chilled and add about 3/4 teaspoon honey about an inch away from cheese. Lay 3 peach slices in design connecting them, then lay small basil leaf on plate. Sprinkle with basil chiffonade and pecans. Serve immediately.
