Suggest a better descriptionPuree the six bell peppers and 4 hot peppers in 1/3 cup water in a blender. Put pureed peppers in large pot and add 5 pounds sugar and the 3 cups vinegar. Boil for 7 minutes or 8 minutes. Add 2 boxes of certo and mix well. Bring back to a rolling boil. Then put into jelly jars.
Use red bell peppers for red jelly and use green for green jelly.
