1. Roll out dough on floured surface flat into a rectangle shape (about 10 inches by 8 inches)
2. Layer dough with cheeses and pepperoni, spreading evenly.
3. Starting at one side, roll rectangle up into a log.
4. Seal edge with egg white. Fold over ends and seal with egg white.
5. Move log onto a cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray and slice 3 slits on the top to vent.
6. Brush egg white over entire log.
7. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
8. Slice and serve.
