2. Drain and cool by rinsing with cold water
3. Add Pepperoni Minis and Salad Dressing
4. Refridgerate for a few hours to let the Rotini absorb the dressing
Notes: Pepperoni sometimes sticks together so I add some of the dressing to the Pepperoni package and coat them before adding them to the salad.
