Pesto Potatoes
Melt margarine in large baking pan. Add onion, pesto and garlic. Slice potatoes and spread over butter mixture. In another pot put about 1 cup of water with bouillon cube and about 1/4 cup of butter. Stir and bring to a boil. Pour over potatoes and back for 45 min at 375 deg.
