When oven is ready, add cheese and mix leaving it grainy un-melted in the mixture
Baking:
Spoon on top of bun halves laid out on baking sheet
Bake 15 minutes or until slightly browned on top and cheese melted.
Easily stored in refrig and repeat baking another day
