Beat eggs and sugar
Add melted butter and vanilla.
Beat until blended. Add dry ingredients. Once combined add water. 2023 used kitchenmaid mixer to blend. Also began using ziplock bag to "pour" on iron. Could use pyrex 4 cup measuring cup as well. Heat Pizzelle iron, place about 1 heaping tablespoon of batter on the center of the pattern. Bake until golden brown, about 40-50 seconds. Remove and cool on a rack. Repeat with remaining batter.
