Lamb shank
Rub lamb shank with cumin, cinnamon, other spices over night.
Saute or grill shank lightly.
Saute onion, carrot, celery with oil. Pour flour, add wine and tomato paste, tin of tomato.
Mix with lamb and transfer to slow cooker.
Add the beans towards end.
