These are tastier and healthier than frozen. Be sure to pinch the upper edges of each pot sticker tightly so it doesn't open up while it's cooking
1. Preheat air fryer to 400.
2. Spray air fryer basket or tray with cooking spray
3. In a large skillet over medium-hi heat, cook pork, water chestnuts, mushrooms, soy sauce, sesame oil, sriracha, cilantro and scallions for 6 min; remove from heat.
4. Place a dumpling wrapper on a clean work surface. Place a heaping teaspoonful of pork mixture in center of wrapper. Moisten edges with water. Pull both sides up like a taco and pinch small pleats along the open edge to seal.
5. Place pot stickers in air fryer basket so they don't touch. Cook for 3 minutes, flip and cook 3 minutes more. Serve with sweet chili sauce; garnish with cilantro sprigs.
