Suggest a better descriptionPeel and dice potatoes. (Enough to cover the bottom of a large pot.) Fill pot with water.
Add enough minced onion to cover the surface of the water.
Boil potatoes until mealy.
Meanwhile beat eggs into a large bowl. Add flour until it makes a stiff 'dough'. Don't worry about mixing all the flour in.
Drop dough by the teaspoonful into the boiling potatoes.
Cover and cook on low for 20 minutes.
Add enough milk to turn the liquid white.
Drop whole stick of margarine into pot to melt. Mix well.
Add onion salt, salt and pepper to taste.
