Potatoes in Cheese Sauce - Mom Platt
Remove butter, flour, salt, pepper mixture from heat and add 1 1/2 cups milk gradually, stirring constantly. Cook about 5 minutes then remove from heat and stir in 6oz Velvetta. Pour over potatoes and bake uncovered in 350 degree oven until it bubbles (20-30 minutes).
NOTE: Double sauce if cooking a lot of potatoes.
