Bake for 8 minutes, cool completely before adding filling.
Beat cream cheese and sugar together, fold in cool whip.
Spread over crust and chill until set.
Prepare jello with boiling water and add marshmallows while still hot.
Add in strawberries and let stand for 5 minutes.
Pour over cream cheese layer and chill until firm.
