Hot buttered fluffy pretzels
Combine all dough ingredients in mixer
Change to dough hook and knead medium low for 5 minutes
Dough should be soft and smooth not sticky
Lightly dust with flour and place in bag to rise for 30 mins
Remove dough from bag on lightly oiled countertop
Cut dough into 8 pieces
Roll dough into long rope and shape
Whisk warm water and baking soda and microwave for 1 min
Dip each pretzel into soda wash and place on grease baking sheet
Sprinkle with salt and let rest 10 mins
Bake at 450* for 9-10 mins
Brush with melted butter while hot
