Vitamin Packed, Delicious and Nutritious Fast Fish Dish that can be served with salad or with vegetables.
Fresh fish is always best but frozen works great as well. Trader Joe's sells flash frozen Mahi that is excellent in quality and price. (Defrost Only Until Slightly Soft, It Should Still Be A Little Frozen)
In Mixing Bowl squeeze Lemon and Lime over (Sea Salt, Garlic, Basil).
If using frozen Dorot seasoning cubes the juice will help defrost the cubes so break them up with a fork.
Then add Organic No Sugar Added Pure Juice to the mix and continue whisking it together.
Add cold rinsed Mahi Filet's one by one flipping them and tossing them in the Mix.
Cover and put in fridge for 20 to 40 minutes. Then Grill Or Bake.
If baking use parchment paper or cover in foil. (15 mins 350)
We are not using oil so the calorie count stays low. More importantly oil when used for saute can break down and become partially hydrogenated which means it can stick to your arteries...NOT GOOD
